The 2009-2011 state budget has made it through both houses of the Legislature and will now be  sent to Gov. Doyle for his review and final signature.      The budget still contains the film industry tax incentives program, in a revised version that maintains the original intent of the incentives to create jobs and strengthen the state's economy.   This is due to the great advocacy of thousands of people across the state who took the time to speak up for the incentives.  Take Action NOW to make sure that the film incentives are in the final version of the budget!  Please send Gov. Doyle this message:  Please keep the film industry tax incentives in the 2009-2011 state budget, to create jobs for Wisconsin residents and strengthen Wisconsin's economy!   The Governor will review and sign the budget THIS WEEK.  It is crucial that Gov.
